FAQ
FAQ’s About Our Painting Company
Still not convinced? Here are some answers from a professional painting company that may help.
I don't pay anything up front and only pay when I'm completely satisfied?
That’s absolutely correct. At Painter Ready, a professional painting company, we strive to have a high-quality and enjoyable service to making sure that you are 100% satisfied. In fact, that’s so important that we wouldn’t think of taking payment from you until you are happy with the job we’ve done for you!
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are a listened and insured painting company, for our (and your) peace of mind!
Is there a warranty with the painting?
How do I pick the right color and finish?
I've heard of Sherwin-Williams. Why are they better than other paints?
When you look for paint you look for color quality, durability, and cleanability. Basically, you want something that’s going to last and look good for a long time. That’s why we always recommend Sherwin-Williams. They are a leader in the industry and their paints always outlast the rest.
How long will it take to complete my job?
Is this a franchise and do you have offices in town?
This painting company is not a franchise. Painter Ready is local and family owned, and when you work with us you are definitely treated like part of the family! We service Chattanooga, Cleveland, Hixson, Ooltewah, Red Bank, East Ridge, Soddy-Daisy, East Brainerd and more. Don?t know if we will come to you? Call us and we will talk it through!
Do you recommend painting brick, wooden trim, etc.?
How often should I paint the outside of my home?
Every five to ten years is recommended. Of course, it absolutely depends on where you live, climate, weather, and previous paint job.
